Who I Work With
I work with individuals who've been shaped — and often confined — by systems that taught them to mistrust their own power, intuition, and agency. Many of my clients invested significant portions of their lives to religious institutions or spiritual communities, or were indirectly impacted by the constricting beliefs of their caregivers, schools, etc. Perhaps this is you.
